No further cookies are set until you have given your consent, and then only by
the services in the category concerned.
Your consent
On your first visit we ask what you would like to allow. There are three
categories: strictly necessary, audience measurement and external media. You
can change your decision at any time via Cookie settings in the footer of
every page. Withdrawal takes effect for the future. The legal basis is
Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR in conjunction with § 25 (1) TDDDG.
Fonts, maps and external media
Fonts are served from this server, not from a third party. Maps are embedded
from OpenStreetMap; virtual tours and videos come from the providers named in
each case. These are not loaded automatically — only after you click or
release the category does your browser connect to the provider, which then
receives your IP address.
Forms
Enquiries, search requests, valuation requests and newsletter sign-ups are
transmitted from this server to our property management system
(makler-einfach), which acts as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. Legal basis is
Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR and, for search requests and the newsletter, your consent
under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.
Your rights
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of
processing, data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a
complaint with a supervisory authority; the competent authority is the Hessian
Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
