KP International is an owner-run estate agency in Hofheim am Taunus. We sell in the Rhine-Main region, on the Spanish coast and in Florida.
Arno Kupec founded KP International in Hofheim in 1988. What began as conventional agency work in the Main-Taunus district grew beyond the border from 1995: first holiday homes on the Spanish coast, later building land and investments in Florida.
The firm has grown through qualification rather than size. Valuation, energy certificates, thermographic building inspection, drone footage and most recently training as a property mediator — whatever an instruction requires, we do ourselves rather than buy in.
We are certified to DIN 15733, the German quality standard for estate agents. More than thirty years of experience speak for themselves: every property needs its own plan.
Owner
Founder of the firm, in the market since 1988. Surveys, energy certificates, thermography and project development — and recently trained as a property mediator. Has looked after clients in Spain and Florida personally since 1995.
Independent partner
Came to the firm from the IT industry in 2020. Focuses on qualified viewings and the appraisal of premium properties.
Properties offered by several agents lose market value. We work on sole agency — and put everything into it.
Valuation, energy certificate and thermography are done in house. That keeps statements reliable and timelines short.
If a price expectation cannot be met, we say so beforehand. It costs us instructions and saves everyone half a year.
With inherited estates and separations the price is rarely the real issue. That is what mediation is for.
